Melinda beach apartment is one of the properties owned by our Slovak client. If you want to relax by the sea in a peaceful, quiet environment, but in a sought-after location with various possibilities for enjoying yourself during your vacation, you are in the right place. This spacious apartment will provide you with everything you will need for accommodation. The apartment is located in the Golem location in the resort of Drač (Durres), just a minute's walk from the popular beach with a promenade and the Adriatic Sea, ready for a maximum of 6 people. The surroundings have restaurants, markets, beach bars, water sports. Deck chairs and umbrellas on the beach are available for an additional fee, or you can use free areas on the beach if you have your own equipment (deck chair, blanket, etc.).

Disposition and equipment of the apartment:

- large living room connected to the kitchen, two separate bedrooms where one room has two separate beds, the other has one single bed and one bunk bed for two people, separate bathroom with shower and toilet, separate balcony

- corner sofa, smart TV, air conditioning, wifi, equipped kitchen: stove, oven, refrigerator, hood, dishwasher, separate freezer, plates, pots, and other equipment for dining or cooking, dining table, washing machine, camera system before the entrance to the apartment, security door, parking in the yard.

Possibility of accommodation for at least 3 nights.
