The consumer (client using the services of the Realitná kancelária) has the right, based on his own judgment, to submit a written complaint about the services to the above-mentioned correspondence or e-mail address.
The duty of the real estate agency is to register every complaint.
The real estate office handles the claim within 30 days from the delivery of the claim. The answer is sent in writing to the client's correspondence or e-mail address.
The client will be informed of the recognition of the error by the Real Estate Agency, and the given defect will be removed as soon as possible at the expense of the Real Estate Agency.
If the real estate agency responds to this request in the negative, or does not respond to it within 30 days from its sending, the client has the right to submit a proposal for the initiation of alternative dispute resolution to an alternative dispute resolution entity (to the Slovak Trade Inspection or an authorized legal entity registered in the list of alternative dispute resolution entities maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic). The proposal can be submitted in paper form, in electronic form or orally in the minutes. The details of the proposal are governed by § 12 according to Act no. 391/2015 Coll. on alternative resolution of consumer disputes and amendments to some laws.
