We have an office in Albania, Prague and Bratislava, and a team of local experts thanks to whom we are at the source of information - we know the individual locations, the developers and the specifics of the local property market. We do not select projects from presentations and renderings. We know them personally and we follow their construction as it goes.
Our goal is not to sell a client any apartment. We want to help them choose a property that matches their expectations, their budget and their reason for buying in Albania - whether that is their own use, a combination of personal stays and renting, or a purely investment property.
Carefully selected developers
There is no shortage of development projects on the Albanian market. We work with only a handful of developers, chosen carefully. We look above all at their history, completed projects, build quality, financing, how they meet their commitments to clients, and their long-term reputation. Our partner developers have more than 20 years of experience in development and construction.
As a result we do not offer everything that happens to be on the market. We offer projects we can stand behind.

When buying property abroad it matters to have a partner who is not hundreds of kilometres away. Thanks to our own base and local team we are available to clients in Bratislava, Prague and in Albania itself - before the purchase, throughout the process and long after the apartment is handed over. Our work does not end when the apartment is bought. We guide clients through the entire process:

- notarial acts and certified translations,
- transfer of ownership,
- transferring utilities and the related paperwork,

- help with furnishing and equipping it,

Property Tours - get to know Albania before you decide
We recommend that clients get to know Albania in person before buying. That is why we organise Property Tours, during which we visit the individual locations and development projects together, show you the surroundings and compare their advantages and drawbacks openly.
On the ground you will get information that a brochure or a website simply cannot give you. We have no interest in pushing anyone into a quick decision. A good investment starts with understanding what you are buying, where, and from whom.
The relationship does not end when the contract is signed
